My name is Jill Coote.  I have spent many years studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Intuitive Counselling, Grief & Bereavement Counselling and Psychology.

I now work as a Intuitive Counsellor, which also includes running my own Life Coaching Retreats at our farmhouse in Barcelona Spain.  It gives me great pleasure to help people to feel good about themselves and to enjoy life to the full.

I have a very supportive husband and two wonderful daughters, who have been a great inspiration to me over the years. I have a dog and  cats that I love dearly and get a lot of enjoyment out of them all.  I am a spiritual person and will not just take anything, I always need to know more.  So my search still goes on.  The evidence I have received over the years is amazing, but it doesn't say I want to stand still at what I have already learnt.

Steer your own life retreats was created over four years ago and we are proud to be helping lots of people and at the same time making many lasting friendships.

I sat in development circle for many years and worked on my mediumship gifts, from there I went to work on my own.  

I work a little different in the way I teach.  I try and make things as simple as possible so that clients can bring it into their daily lives easily.

I do not promise to change your life because the only person that can do that is you!  What I can promise is that I can certainly help you. 

"Your thoughts create your reality".  Whatever you put energy into at this time in your life is your future.  I managed to change the way I think and it has had amazing results.  I have spent years testing different ways and finding out what works best.

I have taken chances, gambles! whatever you like to call them.  After making big decisions on making big changes in my life one door after another has opened for me to walk through with Determination and Trust.  This has enabled me to see life from a completely new perspective.

One of the most important things that I have learned is that the Universe has ample for everyone, you just have to learn to ask for help when you need it in the right way, and be open to how help arrives.
